Mission Statement

Milestone Outreach is a California non-profit corporation serving LA County.  We are committed to providing decent healthy housing to our low income residents, the elderly and veterans.     
        

Purpose

Milestone is a veterans public charity, an IRS 501 (c) (3), Milestone provides affordable home ownership to L.A. Veterans. All Veterans are eligible for zero down payment VA loans up to $675,000.00 in L.A. County. Milestone works with estate planners, bank trusts, business managers of high net worth clients who have an interest in veterans. Clients may preserve wealth or transfer significant wealth through planned giving. Milestone Outreach, Inc. also works with local banks to reduce non-performing assets (REO properties). A bank may donate an REO property to Milestone, write off full fair market value of the property. Milestone can place the donated property back with the bank as a fully performing VA loan - we will place the property with a veteran, pre qualified for home ownership. Milestone works with corporations, foundations and individuals in planned charitable giving.

Milestone Outreach is a non-profit developer, owner and manager of completed rental or sales Projects. Our IRS is EIN:27-4072469. Milestone is registered with Secretary of State of California as a Domestic Non-Profit, C3326442. Milestone is a California State-Registered DVBE/SB – disabled veteran business enterprise/small business. Our Dunn & Bradstreet Non-Profit Corporate Credibility number is: DUNS 05-426-9784. Milestone Outreach Articles of Incorporation organized per Section 501 (3) (c) IRS Code incorporated October 13, 2010, a California Non-Profit corporation.
